Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily operations in the pastry and bakery section.
  • Plan and create dessert and bakery menus with creativity and precision.
  • Ensure quality, presentation, and portion control for all pastry and bakery products.
  • Train and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.
