Roles & Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations in the pastry and bakery section.
- Plan and create dessert and bakery menus with creativity and precision.
- Ensure quality, presentation, and portion control for all pastry and bakery products.
- Train and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.

- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
