Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to maximize spare parts sales volume.

  • Conduct outdoor sales visits with a focus on promoting and selling spare parts for buses and trucks.
  • Identify, research, and engage potential customers to grow the client base and generate repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as agreed with the Sales Supervisor/Head, and submit daily sales activity reports.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate spare parts and solutions to ensure effective service and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close sales deals.
  • Provide product knowledge, sales support, and basic technical assistance to customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files for each customer.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct field visits to gather relevant data.
  • Prepare reports based on market surveys and findings, and submit them to the Stock Control team to support inventory planning and decision-making.
  • Continuously seek out new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Perform any additional duties as required to support the sales function and overall business goals.
