Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner.
Manage appointments, bookings, and client inquiries.
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing.
Maintain reception area standards and client records.
Promote spa treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products.
Identify opportunities to upsell services and enhance the guest experience.
Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in reception, hospitality, spa, or customer service roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in recommending services and products.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Knowledge of spa services and wellness products is an advantage.
