Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently to create a welcoming environment.
  • Handle appointment scheduling and confirmations, ensuring optimal use of therapists' time and minimizing cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and services rendered to personalize future visits and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Process payments and manage cash and credit transactions with precision, ensuring a smooth financial workflow.
  • Provide detailed information about spa treatments, products, and promotions to guide guests in making informed choices.
  • Manage phone inquiries and respond to emails promptly, showcasing excellent communication skills and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with spa therapists and staff to ensure seamless service delivery and address any guest concerns proactively.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area, reflecting the spa's commitment to hygiene and aesthetics.
  • Promote spa memberships and upsell services and products to enhance guest experiences and maximize revenue.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and new treatments, bringing fresh ideas to improve service offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or spa management is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment.
  • Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred to ensure guest safety and well-being.
  • Proficiency in spa management software and basic office applications to handle administrative tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude with a genuine passion for wellness and customer service that enhances the guest experience.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift light objects, ensuring operational efficiency in the reception area.
