guiding Guests through our self-check-in and check-out kiosks so the Blu journey starts smoothly,
being the go-to person for everything our hotel has to offer services, amenities, happenings and what s hot in the city,
jumping in with enthusiasm to solve guest questions and small hiccups before they become big ones,
connecting Guests with the right departments when needed, making the whole Hotel feel like one big Team on their side,
supporting the Front Office with essential operational tasks that keep the energy up and the flow seamless,
ensuring every interaction radiates Blu D energy - authentic, fun and flexible.
