The SPA Therapist / Scrubber warmly welcomes the client, carries out the chosen treatments in compliance with the company's standards and the brand's treatment protocol. Will carry out any mission / tasks requested by his hierarchy.

• Provides the treatments offered to the client: body treatments (scrubs and wraps), hammams, traditional scrubs, respecting Four Seasons standards and brand treatment protocols.
• Effectively recommends and sells treatments, products and items for sale.
• A thorough understanding of all services including the indications and contraindications for each treatment.
• Maintains the spa treatment rooms in an impeccable manner: cleanliness, hygiene, set-up, operation of machines and accessories.
• Participates in briefings, meetings and training sessions offered by his/her manager or any other external participant.
• Find out about current offers and any other information that will be useful to him
• Identifies and reports technical problems with facilities and equipment immediately to his manager.
• Works harmoniously with colleagues and superiors at all times, respecting the golden rule and team spirit.
• Complies with company policy and procedures as outlined in Empact signed on the day of hire.
• Respect the work schedule displayed by the manager
• Be flexible with schedules and accept last-minute changes
• Is required to perform any other task requested by his hierarchy.
