Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver personalized spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps, tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their health and wellness goals, ensuring a customized experience.
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and common areas, adhering to spa protocols and safety regulations.
Stay updated on current spa trends and modalities, incorporating new techniques into treatment offerings to enhance client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A diploma in Massage Therapy or a related field is essential, with additional certifications in specialized treatment techniques preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury spa environment, showcasing a strong ability to provide high-quality treatments.
- Nationally recognized certifications in massage and bodywork, such as NCBTMB or equivalent, are required for credibility.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages being an advantage for diverse clientele interaction.
