To ensure clients receive requested treatments and follow-up recommendations according to the spa s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies.

The duties of Spa Therapist is executed satisfactorily when:

• Provides spa treatments according to Kempinski the Spa treatment menu, standards and outlined protocols.

• Retains proper working knowledge of the process, benefit and outcome of all treatments and products in the spa.

• References and adjusts treatments according to the guest s health assessment.
• Delivers special, individualized and unique service to guests in the Spa.

• Up sells and recommends in a thoughtful way treatments, retail and homecare.

• Begins and end treatments on time. Confidently handles and rectifies guest queries or small complaints.

• Ensures guests comfort and a genuine, welcoming environment for all guests.
• Ensures a proper handover is completed in the guest journey as per the documented standard; following up on treatment experience and acting on any discrepancies.
• Maintains the setup, hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms and treatment equipment.
• Maintains complete discretion and confidentially in all communications with guests.
• Actions other positions responsibilities within the spa as required.
• Reports all accidents and guest incidents to the Spa Manager in a swift and professional manner.
• Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
