Spa Therapist Four Seasons Hotel

An integral member of the Spa Team, the Spa & Wellness Specialist performs body treatments according to established Four Seasons protocols. The Spa & Wellness Specialist also complies with Four Seasons core and culture standards. This position ensures all guests experience pure peace and relaxation. This position also will be well versed on current treatment offerings and spa products, and be able to assist guests with reservations and has the ability to provide insightful advice on treatment options and packages to suit the guest s wellness needs.

The therapist position performs body treatments according to established protocols ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation.

Provide an enjoyable, relaxed and peaceful spa experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.

• Greet guests with a warm smile and with professionalism, escort them to the changing room and to the treatment room.
• Ensure any treatment and shower room is set up and fully stocked complying with all company standards of service, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Perform all facial and body treatments according to standards, being knowledgeable about all Spa products and services offered.
• Be familiar with all Hotel services and facilities.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Report any complaints to the management team.
• Upsell Spa products considering guests needs and departments sales targets.
• Maximize department revenue achieving sales targets set by the management team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team work attitude, an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
