Key Responsibilities

* Deliver professional spa services including massage, body scrubs, wraps, and facial treatments
* Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
* Ensure spa rooms are well-prepared, sanitized, and stocked with products and equipment
* Stay informed about current spa trends and maintain product knowledge
* Promote spa offerings and retail items to enhance the guest experience
* Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in all aspects of spa operations
* Build trust and repeat business through personalized, caring guest service
* Protect guest confidentiality and ensure a peaceful spa environment at all times

Candidate Requirements

* Diploma or certificate in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field
* Additional certification in aromatherapy, reflexology, hydrotherapy, or specialty spa techniques preferred
* At least 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or spa environment
* Skilled in a range of massage and body treatment techniques
* Warm, welcoming demeanor with excellent interpersonal communication
* Flexible schedule including availability on weekends and holidays
* Committed to guest care and continuous professional development
