Key Responsibilities and Expectations:
Perform a range of specialised spa treatments, including deep tissue massage, signature massage, dry cupping therapy, Madero therapy, and lymphatic drainage.
Tailor treatments to each guest's needs while adhering to industry best practices, such as identifying contraindications and ensuring safe and effective delivery of therapies.
Customise treatments to meet individual client needs and preferences. Guest Interaction
Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.
Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand health concerns or contraindications.
Provide aftercare advice, including product recommendations and wellness tips.
