Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps, tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their wellness goals and recommend appropriate therapies or products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and calming treatment environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitized and well-stocked.
- Stay updated on the latest spa techniques and trends by participating in continued education and training workshops.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of a diploma or certificate in massage therapy or spa management from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a professional spa or wellness environment, demonstrating proficiency in various treatments.
- Certification in CPR and first aid to ensure client safety during treatments and emergencies.
- Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology to provide safe and effective therapies tailored to individual client needs.
