Roles & Responsibilities
As a Spa Therapist, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Deliver high quality massages, facials, and body treatments with exceptional attention to detail.
- Provide personalized, anticipatory service aligned with Forbes luxury expectations remembering preferences and tailoring service accordingly.
- Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and facility excellence consistent with Forbes rated spas.
- Offer professional product and treatment recommendations that elevate the overall guest experience.
- Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and confidentiality at all times core to Forbes service principles.
- Record guest preferences to support highly customized service, a hallmark of Five Star Forbes properties.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the spa team to deliver a smooth, consistent guest journey.
- Uphold refined grooming, polished communication, and luxury level professionalism.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain world class service standards, as emphasized by Forbes Travel Guide.
- Hold recognized certifications and have experience within luxury spa environments.
