- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service, support, or contact center role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and common office software.
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and adapt to new processes.
