  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, support, or contact center role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and common office software.
  • Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
