Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company s CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Provide product and service information, troubleshooting guidance, and technical support as needed.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommend process improvements.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Uphold company values and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a related field.
- Ability to work full-time, part-time, or on a flexible schedule as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and various communication platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work in-office, remotely, or in a hybrid arrangement as needed.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
