Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within Spanish-speaking markets for Egyptian marble and granite products.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the Spanish export market.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive offers.
Coordinate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to Spanish-speaking clients.
Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Megatrade Misr s products.
Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer requirements to inform strategic decisions.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and market intelligence.
1-5 years of proven experience in export sales, preferably within the marble, granite, or building materials industry.
Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics processes.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships in Spanish-speaking markets.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
