Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle spare parts inquiries from internal teams and external customers.
  • Provide clients with accurate recommendations based on product specifications.
  • Prepare and issue quotations, proforma invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Follow up on pending quotations to convert them into confirmed sales.
  • Process orders and coordinate with the service and maintenance teams for timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.
  • Coordinate with the service and maintenance teams to ensure proper parts allocation.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the procurement department.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
  • Provide insights on market trends and competitor pricing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 5 years of experience in spare parts sales, customer service, or technical support.

Strong knowledge of mechanical or electrical spare parts (preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
