Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the parts section (warehouse, sales, logistics) and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability of fast-moving and critical parts.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse and parts sales staff to achieve performance and service targets
- Ensure timely and accurate availability of parts to support workshop operations and external customers.
- Generate periodic reports on performance and operational metrics for review by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any equivalent degree.
- Fluent in English verbal and written.
- 5 - 7 years experience in automotive parts management (including warehouse & sales), with at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, logistics, and ERP/DMS systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
