Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed 3D models, prototypes, and visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively, ensuring clarity and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Prepare 2D drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and technical layouts using AutoCAD to accurately represent spatial design concepts.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and content creators, to translate design visions into tangible, user-centric realities.

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies such as AR/VR, interactive installations, and sensor-based interactions, integrating them creatively to elevate user experiences.

  • Create interactive digital content, including animations, UI/UX designs, and multimedia elements, tailored to enhance spatial experiences and engage audiences.

  • Utilize MidJourney and AI tools to generate creative visuals and assist in the conceptualization process, applying these technologies for enhanced visual experiences and optimized design solutions.

  • Manage and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Develop and implement design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and brand alignment across all spatial and digital experience initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in spatial principles and design thinking.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in spatial design, digital experience design, or a related field, showcasing expertise and practical application.
  • Exhibits fluency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite, enabling efficient creation and visualization of designs.
  • Has a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with a proven ability to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Possesses a strong portfolio of work demonstrating a range of spatial and digital experience design projects, highlighting creativity and technical proficiency.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration and client interaction.
  • Exhibits a passion for emerging technologies, including AR/VR, and their potential to transform spatial experiences.
  • Is a creative problem-solver with strong analytical skills, capable of translating complex concepts into compelling and functional designs.
  • Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and a collaborative spirit.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with international teams and clients.
