Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Deliver individualized and group instruction tailored to students with special needs
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school leadership, teachers, and parents
- Adapt curriculum and assessments to ensure accessibility and inclusivity for all learners
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of learning outcomes
- Support classroom teachers in applying inclusive strategies and differentiation techniques
- Communicate regularly with parents and stakeholders to update on student development
- Promote an inclusive school culture that aligns with British curriculum standards
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Special Education with B.Ed
- Relevant teaching experience in the UAE, preferably in a British curriculum school
- Strong knowledge of inclusive education practices and differentiated instruction
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
