Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
- Evaluate patients pre-operatively, assessing their medical history, physical condition, and potential anesthetic risks to develop individualized anesthetic plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and respiratory function, making necessary adjustments to maintain stability.
- Manage and maintain anesthesia equipment, including ventilators, anesthesia machines, and monitoring devices, ensuring their proper function and safety.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Doctor of Medicine (MD) odegree from an accredited medical school.
Completed an accredited residency program in anesthesiology.
Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA) or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing anesthesiologist.
