We are seeking a highly skilled SOP & Rulebook Writer specializing in payments and digital money use cases. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical, regulatory, and financial expertise, enabling them to create comprehensive, audit-ready documentation for innovative financial products and services.

Key Requirements:

• Smart Contracts & Digital Currency Expertise:
  Demonstrated working knowledge of smart contracts, digital currency, and emerging technologies bank digital Currencies

• Regulatory Consulting Experience:
  Proven track record as an independent consultant working with regulatory authorities providing strategic guidance and ensuring regulatory compliance for digital money initiatives.

• Financial Institution Background:
  Preferred candidates will have consulting experience with leading banks or comparable financial institutions, bringing a deep understanding of operational, compliance, and governance requirements in the financial sector.

• SOP & Rulebook Development:
  Extensive experience in developing clear, concise, and audit-ready Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational rulebooks, and playbooks tailored for payments and digital money use cases, including but not limited to Client and smart contracts.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Ability to work closely with both technical and business teams, translating complex processes and system behaviors into practical documentation for operations, compliance, and governance stakeholders.
