Specialist Clinical Pathology
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Estimated Salary

AED 45,000 70,000/month (all-inclusive)
AED 540,000 840,000/year

Overview A premium healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi is recruiting a Specialist Clinical Pathologist to support laboratory medicine and diagnostic pathology services across its hospital network.
The successful candidate will contribute to high-quality laboratory diagnostics, clinical consultation, and multidisciplinary patient care.
Clinical Responsibilities

Oversee:
- Clinical laboratory diagnostics
- Hematology and biochemistry services
- Laboratory quality assurance programs
Participate in:
- Diagnostic consultations
- Clinical governance and accreditation initiatives
- Laboratory workflow optimisation
Support multidisciplinary medical teams with diagnostic interpretation

Requirements

Specialist qualification in Clinical Pathology
DOH eligibility preferred
Laboratory medicine experience essential
Strong quality and governance understanding advantageous
