Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Performance Objectives:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company s client base.
- Develop tailored proposals, quotations, and tenders for aviation-related services.
- Participate in negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms.
Market & Pricing Management
- Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer demands.
- Maintain accurate and competitive pricing structures.
- Work with Finance to ensure profitability and accurate revenue forecasts.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Respond to client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Organize client visits, presentations, and commercial meetings.
Contract & Compliance
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts in collaboration with Legal and Operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and aviation regulations.
- Track contract performance and initiate renewals or amendments as needed.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular commercial performance reports and sales forecasts.
- Analyze data to identify trends and business growth opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field.
- Professional training in sales or commercial negotiations is an advantage.
- 3 5 years experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles, preferably within the
- aviation industry or Hospitality.
- Experience in market research and managing customer accounts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and market research capabilities.
- Knowledge of aviation services, regulations, and operational processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
