Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To design and develop the AD Ports corporate performance system and to ensure alignment of the process inputs and outputs as necessary based on the AD Ports corporate strategy and the approved business plan and to propose corrective actions required

  • To initiate the development of balanced scorecards for the corporate, clusters & corporate functions
  • To discuss and agree on KPIs with the clusters and corporate units in line with the annual Corporate Balanced Scorecard
  • To lead the evaluation process of the balanced scorecards selected objectives and measures through ensuring a matured and effective objective, measurable KPI, measure data availability, challenging target, measure calculation methods validity, risk management consideration; and to obtain the required final approvals
  • To review performance of the AD Ports, its clusters and corporate functions via the Balanced Scorecard system and to implement corrective actions through mutual discussions and actions plans with the respective teams
  • To annually review the Key Performance Indicators after each calendar cycle to analyze and to advice the management what Key Performance Indicators to retain and what must be removed using a logical model and best practices
  • To develop the annual performance communication plan and measure its effectiveness through collected result and feedbacks
  • To Review and update the department process map, procedure, policy and to include an enhancement inputs from the lessons learned during the annual review stage for continual improvement purposes
  • To evaluate the updates and changes communicated on the balanced scorecard and strategic initiatives, and direct the team on the best practices to follow
  • To introduce best methods to organize the historical database storage of the balanced scorecard and strategic initiatives in proper and systematic structure and manage to obtain the stored descriptive data when required
  • To support the manager in recruitment and selection process of excellent candidates in accordance to department requirement, plan and strategies to meet the AD Ports vision
  • To build the survey structure to gather information about the stakeholder s experience with the balanced scorecard and strategic initiative procedures, to report analysis of the feedback received and to create corrective actions for improvement plans
  • To design AD Ports strategic initiative profile and communicate it to the project managers and project sponsors to populate the required inputs / to evaluate the input and the alignment with the company strategic objective and obtain the required approvals
  • To track projects/initiatives and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders and to analyze the provided mitigation plan before reporting them to management

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
A qualification and good knowledge in the Balanced Scorecard methodology
A qualification and good knowledge in the Project Management methodology
A Strategic Planning Professional certification from IASP
Ability to understand financial information
Ability to comprehend numerical and statistical data
Ability to use IT applications to report, manipulate and analyses data.
