Roles & Responsibilities

As a Courier Operations Specialist, you play a crucial role in the couriers journey. You re the focal point between couriers, customers, and stores, monitor the courier s movements, and ensure the orders are fulfilled smoothly. Furthermore, you re responsible for resolving any issues and reporting suspicious behavior.

  • Contact our couriers, partners, and customers to solve problems that occur during the order flow
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the handling and solving couriers inquiries
  • Give the couriers your full attention, allowing them to explain their complaints and work closely with them to find solutions for their concerns
  • Collaborate with various departments to solve issues promptly and ensure a smooth order delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Capability to work under high pressure
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages
  • Good typing skills
