Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Respond to all customer inquiries through a variety of means (phone, chat, email, and any other means that may be developed) in a friendly and professional manner. Conduct thorough analysis of inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and responses in accordance with established procedures.
Utilize appropriate systems and available resources as appropriate to assist in responding to each inquiry.
Support and inform all internal and external customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Participate in meetings with various departments to contribute to the team, domain, or center.
Perform additional duties as required.
Your Qualifications

preferred. Good command of Spanish.
At least one year of customer service experience.
Previous multi-channel customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to provide excellent customer service while performing other duties.
Experience in graphic design or with imaging software is a plus.
