Roles & Responsibilities

What You Will Do

  • Answer all customer inquiries through various channels (telephone, chat, email and any additional channels as developed) in a courteous and professional manner
  • Perform accurate diagnosis of inquiries and providing appropriate solutions/responses based on defined procedures
  • Use appropriate systems and available resources as necessary to assist in responding to each request
  • Support and provide information to all internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Participate in cross-functional communications and meetings to support the team/domain/center
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required

Desired Candidate Profile

You have very good oral and written Portuguese communication skills, as well as being friendly and insightful, to understand and assist our customers with any queries which may arise.

You have a strong interest in eCommerce and marketing and a passion for print and design, enabling you to provide the best solution for our customers and to contribute to the success of their business.

You have good computer skills, allowing you to communicate with our customers on all channels to support them.
