Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as customer SPOC (Single Point of Contact)
- Provide first level support doing catch and dispatch and sometimes need to do FCR or remote resolution when applicable
- Provide advanced support and resolve complex technical issues.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific products/services.
- Mentor and assist junior agents with challenging cases.
- Monitor and ensure resolution of escalated issues within SLAs.
- Provide proactive support to identify and address recurring issues.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
2 to 5 years of experience in a customer service or technical support function preferably in airline systems application support or delivery.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Functional Skills: Desktop support, network support and application support Customer Success Excellence Communication Influence and Negotiation Problem Solving Incident Management Service Request Management. Event Management ITSM Ticketing preferably
Technical Skills: ITiL Knowledge, EUC, Network and Application Support preferably
German language is mandatory
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors/University degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
German language is mandatory.
