Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patient interactions and treatments, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to manage complex cases that require a multidisciplinary approach.
- Educate patients on skin health, preventive measures, and post-treatment care to promote long-term wellness.
- Stay updated with the latest dermatological research and advancements to provide cutting-edge care to patients.
- Perform advanced dermatological procedures such as biopsies, excisions, and laser treatments to address specific skin issues.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to enhance dermatological skills and knowledge.
- Lead community outreach programs to raise awareness about skin cancer and other dermatological conditions.
- Contribute to clinical research projects and studies to advance the field of dermatology and improve patient outcomes.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, ensuring they understand their options and the expected outcomes.
- Conduct thorough skin examinations to diagnose and treat various dermatological conditions with precision and care.
Desired Candidate Profile
MD or equivalent medical degree with a specialization in dermatology from an accredited institution.
Board certification in dermatology, demonstrating a commitment to high standards of practice.
Experience with cosmetic dermatology procedures, including injectables and laser treatments, is highly desirable.
Fluency in English and arabic proficiency in a second language to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population.
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills to accurately assess and manage a wide range of skin conditions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team environment.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple patients and tasks efficiently.
A compassionate demeanor and strong ethical standards, prioritizing patient care and safety at all times.
