Specialist Diagnostic Radiology

• We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologist to join our renowned practice - committed to excellence in patient care and surgical precision

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose patient s health problems, using radiologic technology by analyzing, examining, interpreting image results and performing procedures and correlate image findings with other examinations and tests considering patient s medical history, medical conditions, and medical symptoms
• Document and report image findings to patient s physician by interpreting and explaining complex facts regarding patient s condition in simple easy to understand language while being aware of level of understanding, disabilities and learning difficulties in order to facilitate diagnosis
• Maintain high standards of professional integrity and respect for others in all dealings with service users, colleagues, other professionals and members of the public
• Communicate and discuss the findings to the patient s physician to suggest additional imaging tests and discuss treatment plans
• Guide all radiology staff and provide adequate and appropriate supervision and mentoring to ensure competency criteria are met in carrying-out core and non-core procedures in the Department
• Maintain strict confidentiality relating to patient personal and health information, department, and facility to ensure privacy and respect

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with DHP License in Qatar
• Specialty degree in the relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years post-specialty experience in governmental/semi governmental/teaching hospital for oversea candidates
