Are you passionate about digital learning and client success? Join LEORON, a leading global corporate training and EdTech provider, and play a key role in promoting our digital learning portfolio while delivering customized solutions to top clients.

As a Digital Learning Sales Specialist, you ll manage your own client projects end-to-end: from identifying new opportunities, conducting high-impact sales presentations, and supporting content integration, to ensuring seamless client experience and long-term partnerships.

  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations (following LEORON s 7-Step Pitch), schedule demos, and support LMS/eLearning implementation.
  • Conduct thorough market research to map opportunities, competitors, and target groups.
  • Collaborate with external LMS/content providers and internal L&D teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Evaluate emerging digital learning technologies to continuously improve training solutions.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and strengthen LEORON s market position.


Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree in IT, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Economics, Law, Communication, Languages, or a related field (Master s preferred).

  • 2 3 years experience in sales or business development for digital training solutions.
  • Strong English proficiency (business-level written and spoken).
  • Solid MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Client-focused mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
