Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, manage, and maintain all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports.
  • Implement and uphold document control procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Facilitate the document review and approval process, ensuring timely feedback from stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of document revisions, approvals, and distribution.
  • Provide training and support to team members on document control systems and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits of document management practices to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of templates and standard forms for documentation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth information flow and accessibility of documents.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Associate degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience in document control or related fields.
  • Proficiency in document management software, preferably Aconex or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with construction industry documentation practices is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
