Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview
We are seeking qualified Specialist Emergency Physicians to join well-established emergency departments in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering high-quality emergency medical care across a wide range of acute presentations, working within structured clinical pathways and multidisciplinary teams. Opportunities are available within both civilian and military healthcare facilities.br>

Key Responsibilities
ul> li>Provide specialist-level emergency care to adult and pediatric patients/li>

  • Assess, diagnose, and manage acute medical, surgical, and trauma cases/li>
  • Participate in emergency department shifts, including on-call duties as required/li>
  • Collaborate closely with consultants, nursing staff, and allied health professionals/li>
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and patient safety standards/li>
  • Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation/li>
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and professional development activities

    • Desired Candidate Profile

    ul> li>Medical Degree with Specialist qualification in Emergency Medicine/li>

  • Recognized board certification (e.g. Arab Board, UK, US, Australian, Canadian, or equivalent)/li>
  • Eligibility for DOH Abu Dhabi licensure/li>
  • Minimum 2 3 years post-specialist experience preferred/li>
  • Valid ACLS, BLS (PALS/ATLS desirable)/li>
  • Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills/li> /ul> br>
