Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist Line Manager Fitout Projects in tasks related to Bank premises as follows.

  • Assist in the administration of all projects (creating Project ID, invoices, etc...)

  • Prepare layouts on AutoCAD depending on project requirements.

  • Assist in preparing Project specifications and tender drawings

  • Review, coordinate and approve drawings, specifications, technical reports, and payments.

  • Reviewing contractors shop drawings , material submittals, method statement, inspection and test plans, schedules, and compliance with project objectives.

  • Co-ordinate with FAB s departments in respect of branches/premises renovation & relocation and carrying out approved modifications.

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly building works progress reports to enable assessment of works progress and the possibility of re-programming the work schedule to meet target dates.

  • Support in managing all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

  • Handle any task requested by the line manager and assure completing them within the agreed timeframe.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • The job holder is required to have a University Degree in Architecture.

  • 5 7 years are relevant experience is a pre-requisite for the proper execution of the job holder's duties

  • Knowledge of MS office package, AutoCAD (2D) & MS Project.

  • Good knowledge of English (spoken/written)

  • Good communication skills

  • UAE Driving License
