Specialist - Graphic Design

Job Purpose:

• The overall purpose of this role is to lead to visual execution for internal and external stakeholders. This role emphasizes the art direction, concept development, and visual communications by developing artwork for print and digital channels.

Job Responsibilities - Functional

• Define design requirements and needs based on studying the design brief
• Prepare artwork design to be accomplished by doing research and gathering information
• Generate original artwork design and develop new concepts
• Work with a wide range of media from scratch by using graphic design software
• Schedule projects implementation for each quarter
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Design original artwork for print and digital usage
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all the marketing projects for internal/external
• Finalize and test designs across various media before sharing the final file
• Stay up to date with the design industry to be aware of the latest tools and trends
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding any required task
• Ensure final designs are visually appealing and match the brand guidelines
• Work within marketing and communications team to initiate external campaigns, events and partnerships projects

Job Responsibilities - Organizational

Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports

• Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies and standards.

Safety, Quality and Environment

• Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the department's systems, processes and practices considering international best practice , improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
