End-User Support and IT Service Operations

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced BI dashboards and analytics solutions using tools like Power BI and Tableau, transforming complex enterprise data (Oracle Fusion, Primavera, Aconex, Unifier, etc.) into actionable, user-friendly insights.

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to integrate, model, and optimize data from Microsoft Fabric Data Lake and EDWH, ensuring scalable, high-performance reporting through strong data warehousing and semantic modeling practices.

• Apply UI/UX best practices and reporting standards to create intuitive, consistent dashboards, while ensuring data quality, governance, validation, and proper documentation.

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, support performance tuning and issue resolution, manage multiple BI initiatives, and deliver high-quality analytics solutions aligned with business goals.
