Desired Candidate Profile

As an Infrastructure Specialist - SRE, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of the infrastructure. You will work closely with development and operations teams to build and maintain scalable, resilient systems.

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions that support our applications and services.
• Implements and maintains scalable and reliable infrastructure systems in line with SRE practices and business requirements.
• Automates system deployments and configurations to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve reliability and performance. Set up alerts and notifications for proactive response.
• Monitors infrastructure health, utilizing tools to pre-emptively detect and resolve issues to meet service level objectives.
• Participates in incident response and post-mortem analysis to ensure continuous system improvement and resilience.
• Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with teams to address incidents and outages.
• Supports disaster recovery and business continuity plans, minimizing downtime and maintaining operations.
• Supports Automation Tools & Practices: Applies tools like Ansible, Terraform, to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.
• Cloud & System Implementation: Supports cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring optimized performance, scalability, and security.
• Supports Incident Management & Recovery: Engages in incident response protocols, contributing to on-call rotations, and facilitating thorough post-incident reviews.
• Support Configuration & Patching Management: Uses tools like Ansible, Terraform, to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and patching.
