We are looking for an IT operations specialist, detail-oriented and analytical, to join our team in Bouznika, Morocco. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our IT infrastructure, systems, and services.

• Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and storage systems.
• Monitor system performance and resolve problems to minimize downtime.
• Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect company data and assets.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and documents related to information technology.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize IT service delivery.
• Manage cloud computing environments and ensure proper resource allocation
• Implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
• participate in the planning and execution of IT projects
• Provide technical assistance and advice to end users, as appropriate.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
