Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Review and develop strategic objectives, initiatives, projects, and the key performance indicators (KPIs) required to achieve them. Align sectoral and operational plans with the organization’s overall strategy and that of its affiliated sectors and partners. Monitor progress of strategic plans, initiatives, and projects in coordination with sectors and partners. Coordinate meetings and workshops with organizational units to ensure proper understanding and implementation of plans. Track the execution of strategic initiatives and collect data on progress achieved. Develop and implement a framework for measuring strategic and institutional performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic planning, with a proven track record of successful plan implementation.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting, using data to inform strategic decisions.
Exhibits excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
