Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The CRM Specialist will lead the management, optimization, and strategic development of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ecosystem, with primary ownership of Zoho CRM and working proficiency in HubSpot. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless end-to-end prospect journey — from lead capture to enrolment — through structured automation, data governance, segmentation, reporting, and performance optimization. The CRM Specialist will support student recruitment growth by improving conversion rates, strengthening nurturing workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making across admissions and marketing teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Academic Credentials
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Professional Experience
Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on CRM management experience.
Demonstrated expertise in Zoho CRM and similar CRM platforms (mandatory).
Working proficiency in HubSpot or similar tools (required).
Experience supporting student recruitment or lead-based environments is preferred.
Proven track record of improving conversion rates through automation and segmentation strategies.
Technical and Creative Skills
Advanced knowledge of Zoho CRM configuration, modules, workflows, and reporting.
Proficiency in HubSpot automation and contact management.
Experience with marketing automation and email campaign tools.
Strong understanding of:
Lead scoring
Funnel analytics
Attribution tracking
Data segmentation
Familiarity with Google Analytics and paid media tracking.
Basic SQL or data querying knowledge (advantageous).
Analytical and Strategic Competencies
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Detail-oriented with high standards for data integrity and accuracy.
Ability to design structured and scalable CRM processes.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced admissions or recruitment environment.
Communication and Collaboration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
Ability to explain CRM processes clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Professional Certifications (Advantageous)
Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platform certifications.
