Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute structural commissioning activities, ensuring all offshore structural systems meet design specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and checklists for structural components, including steel structures, foundations, and decks.
  • Oversee the inspection, testing, and verification of structural elements during construction and installation phases, ensuring compliance with project standards.
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to resolve structural issues and ensure timely completion of commissioning activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Holds a Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification.
  • Demonstrates at least 8 years of experience in structural engineering and commissioning within the offshore oil and gas industry.
  • Experience with offshore platforms (fixed or floating) is highly preferred.
