Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional to enhance our premium fruit basket and gifting presentation standards. This role will focus on improving aesthetics, finishing quality, and overall presentation in line with Barakat’s premium brand positioning.
Design and arrange premium fruit baskets and gifting assortments
Enhance visual presentation, packaging aesthetics, and finishing standards
Support festive, corporate, and customized gifting requirements
Coordinate with Operations, QC, and Category teams to ensure freshness and consistency
Maintain high-quality standards for basket assembly and final presentation
Contribute innovative ideas for new basket formats, seasonal concepts, and layout improvements
Ensure timely execution of bulk corporate and festive orders
Desired Candidate Profile
Prior experience in gifting, floral arrangement, basket design, visual merchandising, or related field preferred
Strong sense of aesthetics, detailing, and presentation
Creative mindset with ability to develop premium concepts
Ability to work under timelines during peak festive seasons
Good coordination and communication skills
