Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute and coordinate inbound, receiving, picking, outbound, and dispatch activities in line with operational plans and SOPs.
  • Ensure accurate verification, documentation, and system posting of all warehouse transactions.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through correct system execution, cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance investigations.
  • Support control, tracking, and condition monitoring of MLE and MHE, reporting losses, damages, or safety concerns.
  • Perform system reconciliations between physical stock and WMS / ERP records and escalate discrepancies.
  • Coordinate and monitor daily activities of 3PL warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, compliance, and safety adherence.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organisation, and warehouse discipline across all work areas.
  • Comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, actively participating in safety briefings and incident reporting.
  • Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
  • Work shifts and weekends as required by operational demand.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution center operations.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operational processes, inventory management, and warehouse systems.

Skills

  • Warehouse Operations: Understanding of inbound, picking, outbound, and inventory workflows.
  • Systems & Accuracy: Ability to execute and reconcile warehouse system transactions accurately.
  • Inventory Control: Awareness of stock control, counts, and variance management.
  • Coordination & Communication: Ability to work effectively with internal teams and 3PL staff.
  • Health & Safety Awareness: Commitment to safe working practices and compliance.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in physical and system-based work.
