Roles & Responsibilities
What s On Your Plate?
3PL Acquisition & Partnerships/strong>
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new 3PL partners aligned with business needs and expansion plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics providers to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Analyze supply-demand gaps and ensure adequate fleet coverage across zones.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast logistics needs and plan capacity accordingly.
- Continuously optimize 3PL allocation to improve efficiency.
- Track and manage 3PL performance against KPIs.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners and drive improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with talabat standards, policies, and operational requirements.
- Work closely with operations, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth integration of 3PL partners.
- Support the rollout of new cities, zones, or services by securing logistics supply.
- Troubleshoot operational issues related to 3PL performance and scalability.
- Monitor key metrics and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Use data insights to identify opportunities for cost savings and service improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
What Did We Order?/strong>
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2 4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or partnerships.
- Proven experience in sourcing, onboarding, or managing 3PL partners is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience with dashboards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
