Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist in Obstetrics & Gynaecology with a subspecialty focus in Fetal Medicine to join a leading healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will manage high-risk pregnancies and provide advanced prenatal diagnostic and therapeutic services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-risk obstetric cases and complex pregnancies.
- Perform advanced fetal assessments including detailed anomaly scans, fetal echocardiography, and Doppler studies.
- Conduct invasive diagnostic procedures (e.g., amniocentesis, CVS) as per clinical privileges.
- Provide antenatal counseling and collaborate with neonatology and genetics teams.
- Participate in labor ward coverage and emergency obstetric care as required.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary case reviews.
Requirements
- Medical degree with specialization in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
- Fellowship or accredited training in Fetal Medicine.
- Minimum 3 5 years post-specialist experience in fetal medicine practice.
- DOH license or eligibility.
- Strong ultrasound and prenatal diagnostic expertise.
