Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert care in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders
  • Perform surgical procedures in accordance with best practices and safety standards
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical governance protocols
  • Educate patients and support them throughout their treatment and recovery
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement and participate in CME activities

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Medical degree and completed specialty training in Orthopedic Surgery
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in the UAE
  • DHA license or eligibility required
  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience at specialist level
  • Tier 1 experience is a plus
  • Valid life support certification (e.g., BLS, ACLS)
  • High standards in patient care, decision-making, and teamwork
