Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient and inpatient paediatric care for newborns, infants, children, and adolescents
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic paediatric conditions
  • Conduct routine child health assessments, growth monitoring, and immunizations
  • Offer preventive care, health education, and guidance to parents and caregivers
  • Coordinate referrals to sub-specialists and allied health professionals when required
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations
  • Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and CME activities
  • Collaborate closely with nursing staff and other medical specialties

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Medical Degree with specialization in Paediatrics
  • Recognized Specialist-level certification (e.g., Arab Board, Western Board, MRCPCH, or equivalent)
  • Eligibility for MOH medical licensure in Sharjah
  • Minimum post-qualification experience as per UAE regulatory standards
  • Strong communication skills and a family-centered approach to care
  • Commitment to ethical practice and high clinical standards
