Roles & Responsibilities

What You Will Do

Retaining and reactivating vendors while improving their overall experience.

Acting as the main point of contact for partners, managing and enhancing relationships.

Gathering feedback from partners and translating it into improvements in product, marketing, and operations.

Ensuring operational efficiency and delivering the best service to partners.

Monitoring ground operations to prevent delays in active orders.

Managing outsourced vendor support teams effectively.

Proactively identifying and implementing value-added initiatives for partners.

What Are We Looking For

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree Skills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in computer tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in delivery, logistics, or e-commerce partnerships. Previous experience in dispatching or customer support is advantageous.
  • Other Qualities: Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including public holidays and weekends. Good command of English.
