Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating and executing performance management cycle activities to ensure timely completion across all business units.

Monitor and track objectives setting, mid-year, and year-end review progress to maintain adherence to timelines and standards.

Manage the Performance Management mailbox, responding to inquiries and advising employees and line managers throughout the performance cycle.

Support HRBPs and employees by providing guidance on framework steps, documentation requirements, and key deadlines.

Support training and engagement initiatives by contributing ideas, assisting with presentation development, tracking attendance and feedback metrics, and preparing regular status updates.

Consolidate calibration inputs from HRBPs and leadership sessions, ensuring approved outcomes are accurately reflected in the system.

Support calibration session planning and design.

Track completion status and follow up with employees and line managers to ensure timely completion of required actions and system updates.

Collect, consolidate, and maintain performance data from the HR system to support analysis and leadership reporting.

Ensure data accuracy and completeness by performing validation checks and resolving discrepancies with HR Systems.

Support sentiment analysis and share insights with HRBPs to inform performance discussions and drive improvement.

Prepare required reports and coordinate rating updates in line with agreed calibration decisions.

Generate and deliver regular dashboard updates to highlight completion rates, distribution trends, and compliance levels.

Assist the in-monitoring adherence to governance, policies, and rating guidelines.

Maintain audit documentation, evidence logs, and version controlled framework files to support audit reviews.

Track and follow up on corrective actions arising from audit findings to ensure closure and governance improvement.

Research and analyze performance management trends and internal feedback to suggest process improvements.

Document lessons learned and process enhancements to build institutional knowledge within the CoE.

Recommend automation or simplification measures to improve data management and reporting efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.

2+ years of experience in a relevant industry, preferably with majority in performance management, governance, or HR analytic.

Data accuracy control, reporting, and governance support within HR or performance processes in complex or large organizations preferred.

CIPD Foundation preferred.

Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English and Arabic.

Performance cycle administration.

Calibration data preparation.

Data validation controls.

Governance documentation.

Reporting dashboard preparation.
